10 Popular Restaurants See Price Increases in Disney World
A bunch of price increases just happened at Disney World. Annual Pass prices went up, parking costs more, and tickets to things like the water parks or mini golf are more expensive.
On top of that, a ton of food also went up in price! Snacks and coffee are more expensive, and so are some table service meals, which is what we’re here to talk about!
Prix Fixe Restaurant Price Increases
Prices went up at table service restaurants on a variety of items, but we’re going to focus on the prix fixe restaurants that saw price increases. Prix fixe restaurants are the places where you pay a flat fee to eat your meal, which is either served as a buffet, family-style, or you get to pick your own item for each course.
A lot of these are also character dining experiences, so we’ll break those down too! Let’s get into it.
EPCOT
Garden Grill
Garden Grill over in EPCOT’s World Nature neighborhood is our first spot that saw a price increase. It’s located inside The Land Pavilion and serves meals family-style. This is also a character meal.
Breakfast went up from $42 to $47 for adults and $27 to $30 for kids. Lunch and dinner went up from $55 to $62 for adults and $36 to $40 for kids.
Akershus
Next is Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, which is a character meal with the Disney Princesses in EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion. This restaurant also serves food family-style.
Breakfast went up from $53 to $55 for adults and $34 to $35 for kids. Lunch and dinner went up from $63 to $67 for adults and $41 to $43 for kids.
Magic Kingdom
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Cinderella’s Royal Table is located inside Cinderella Castle and is a character meal featuring the Disney Princesses. The prix fixe menu lets you choose your own entree for breakfast and an appetizer, entree, and dessert for lunch and dinner.
Breakfast has increased in price from $65 to $69 for adults and $39 to $42 for kids. Lunch and dinner have gone up from $79 to $84 for adults and $47 to $49 for kids.
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace is over on Main Street U.S.A. and features Winnie the Pooh and friends. This is a buffet.
Breakfast went up from $45 to $48 for adults and $29 to $30 for kids. Lunch and dinner went up from $59 to $61 for adults and $38 to $40 for kids.
Be Our Guest
Be Our Guest is in Fantasyland and is themed to the castle from Beauty and the Beast. It’s open for lunch and dinner, allowing you to pick and appetizer and entree, and then you get an assortment of desserts.
The meal also features an appearance from the Beast himself. Prices have gone up from $67 to $70 for adults and $39 to $41 for kids.
Animal Kingdom
Tusker House
Tusker House is a character meal in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom. It’s a buffet and also a character meal.
Breakfast has gone up in price but only for kids, going from $29 to $30. Lunch and dinner went up from $59 to $62 for adults and $38 to $40 for kids.
Hollywood Studios
Hollywood & Vine
Hollywood & Vine is a buffet featuring Minnie and her friends in seasonal outfits. It’s located in the Echo Lake part of the park.
Breakfast went up from $42 to $47 for adults and $27 to $30 for kids. Lunch and dinner changed from $59 to $63 for adults and $38 to $40 for kids.
Disney World Hotels
‘Ohana
‘Ohana is at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort that serves breakfast and dinner, but only features characters during breakfast. This is a meal served family-style.
Breakfast went up from $45 to $49 for adults and $29 to $30 for kids. Dinner increased from $59 to $62 for adults and $38 to $40 for kids.
Chef Mickey’s
Chef Mickey’s is in Disney’s Contemporary Resort and it’s a buffet as well as a character meal.
Breakfast went up from $51 to $54 for adults and $33 to $34 for kids. Lunch and dinner went up from $62 to $66 for adults and $39 to $41 for kids.
Cape May Cafe
Finally, we have Cape May Cafe, which is over at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. This buffet spot is open for breakfast and dinner, but is only a character meal at breakfast.
Breakfast only went up in price for adults, moving up from $45 to $47. Dinner also only went up in price for adults, going up from $46 to $47.
