Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is a Rustic Winter Wonderland
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Our MickeyBlogger popped over to the property this morning and noticed that the Christmas decor is up!
Green garlands with red and white checkered bows adorn the Settlement Trading Post Sign.
Look closely at the garlands and you’ll notice resort-specific details like ropes for lassoing!
We love the rustic holiday touches.
Posts are wrapped in greenery replicating gorgeous Christmas trees decorated with poinsettias.
Here’s a closer look at some of those awesome rustic details we mentioned.
We love the wreath ornaments made out of rope as well as the bell in the center.
Pioneer Hall, which is the home of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is looking simply stunning.
If you’re lucky enough to be visiting Disney World for a destination Christmas then try and get Hoop-Dee-Doo tickets. This dinner show is a beloved Disney World tradition, features a menu brimming with comfort food and really sets the tone for a rustic holiday Christmas.
We also wanted to share a closer look at the large Christmas Tree on property.
This beauty is adorned with wagon wheels, lanterns, horseshoes and more.
This has to be one of our favorite holiday trees.
We also noticed some cowboy boot ornaments hidden among the branches.
We’ll be visiting Fort Wilderness more during the holiday season.
Each years campers decorate their campsites and golf carts. They property also offers festive sleigh rides and horse-drawn carriage rides which can be booked even if you’re not staying at the resort!
