UPDATE: Latest Look at the EPCOT Transformation
It seems like there’s almost always construction happening somewhere in Disney World! They love to bring in new things whenever they can.
There are small projects that only take a few days or big projects that literally take years. One of those big projects happening right now is the giant transformation happening at EPCOT!

The park has been undergoing a huge transformation over the past several years that includes new rides, lands, restaurants, full neighborhoods, and more. And today, we have your latest look at the work being done in the park!
EPCOT Construction Update
It was announced last year that some new buildings and areas would be coming to the World Celebration area of EPCOT. CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza should be opening sometime later this year!
We’ve taken a look at the construction regularly since it began, and here’s what we saw recently. The building is making some good progress!
CommuniCore Hall will be home to several different things. It will be a spot for things like cooking demonstrations during the EPCOT festivals, an art gallery, and it will be where Mickey & Friends have a permanent meet and greet.
CommuniCore Plaza will be just outside the hall and will be a spot where concerts can take place!
It even looks like they have some of the outside of the building up over here.
We spotted workers up near the top of the building working away.
We will definitely keep you updated on any progress on the EPCOT construction we see over here!
