NEW After Hours Event Dates Added for Disney World
Disney World loves to host some special events throughout the year. We see things like the festivals in EPCOT along with separately ticketed events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Disney announced last year that After Hours events would be returning to the parks in 2024. We found out the dates for these events at the time, but now, even MORE dates have been added for these After Hours events in Disney World!
New After Hours Dates for Disney World
Disney just extended the dates for the After Hours events happening at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT this year. Here’s a look at the old event dates for Magic Kingdom…

These After Hours events take place after the parks have closed to regular guests. They require a separate ticket that you must purchase in order to attend.

The events are from 10PM to 1AM in Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, and 9:30PM to 12:30AM in Hollywood Studios. But, your ticket will get you into the parks starting at 7PM.
The events are also limited capacity, which creates one of their main benefits — you will have much shorter lines to wait in for rides! You also might run into some fun characters that will be out and about.

There are also some snacks included. You will get complimentary ice cream novelties, popcorn, and bottled drinks during the event.
Not all of the attractions in the park are open during the event. Here’s the rides that have been confirmed to be open at Magic Kingdom (Disney said there will be many more):
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
- Haunted Mansion
- “it’s a small world”
- Jungle Cruise
- Peter Pan’s Flight
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Space Mountain
- Tron Lightcycle / Run

- Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
- Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run
- Slinky Dog Dash
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
