NEWS: Genie+ Partially Sold Out in Disney World
It’s the holiday season in Disney World, which means it’s super busy. You can expect high wait times, crowds, long lines for things like getting food, and more.
And today, we saw an effect of the crowds that we haven’t seen in a very long time.
Genie+ Sold Out in Disney World
Genie+ is sold out for both the Magic Kingdom and Multiple Parks options. Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and EPCOT are all still available as of this writing.

This would line up with the large crowds and high wait times we’ve seen in Magic Kingdom today. With most rides having high wait times, it’s no wonder people want to skip the lines!
The Multiple Parks Genie+ option is useful if you are able to park hop and want to use the service in more than one park that day. It’s almost always the same price as the Magic Kingdom Genie+ option.
The prices fluctuate based on demand, and today we saw the Magic Kingdom and Multiple Parks options at the highest end of their price ranges — $35 per person. We’ve seen the service hit $35 before during busy times like spring break, but it could still go higher if Disney wants it too.

So, if you want to try and avoid having Disney Genie+ sell out during your trip, we’d suggest buying it as soon as you can. You can grab it at midnight on the day you’re visiting a park, but if that’s too late for you, just get it as soon as you wake up in the morning.
