Christmas Comes Early To Disney’s Animal Kingdom
While tomorrow is Halloween, the spooky season is old news at Disney World.
Despite the fact that it is October, Disney World is already looking ahead to the holiday season and getting ready to spread some cheer.
While we have already seen holiday decorations begin to pop up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and some resorts, today I want to turn your attention to Disney’s Animal Kingdom where Christmas decorations are already starting to go up.
DinoLand USA
Our first stop is DinoLand USA, which may be celebrating its final holiday season.
Above the Dino-Bash meet and greet area a trio of caroling dinosaurs have been installed.
These jovial reptiles fit the theme of DinoLand perfectly and will surely make guests smile this winter.
While perhaps not as elaborate, Christmas lights have also been installed on the Dinoland water tower and the Oldengate Bridge.
I for one, can’t wait to see DinoLand light up with holiday cheer!
Christmas in Asia
Moving across Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we also spotted new holiday decorations arriving in the Asia section of the part.
Outside the Feather Friends in Flight arena, various festive paper lanterns have been hung in anticipation of the holidays.
While it may be a little off the beaten path, Anandapur will come alive with light and color this holiday season!
Although DinoLand and Asia are already getting a jump start on the holidays, this is only the tip of the iceberg.
So, make sure you check back with MickeyBlog. We will continue to bring you updates as Walt Disney World gets ready for the holiday season!
