PHOTOS: Long Lines at Magic Kingdom with Half the Park Still Closed
Hello MickeyBlog friends! We started off this morning bringing you a live update of the early morning crowds at Magic Kingdom!
Our MickeyBlog reporters were heading to the Magic Kingdom early this morning and were surprised at the long lines kicking off the day.
Next, we shared more breaking news! Three lands were closed due to technical difficulties!
Adventureland, Frontierland and Liberty Square are all CLOSED due to “technical difficulties.” The three lands have been closed since the park opened today creating frustration and confusion amongst guests!

So, how are things going in Magic Kingdom now? Here is an afternoon update!
Wait times have skyrocketed throughout the rest of the park and many guests have been seen upset or demanding refunds.
Look at this long line for Space Mountain! It is currently a 90 minute wait!
The lands that are open are more crowded with guests trying to understand the situation.
Our team is reporting that the atmosphere of the park is tense with people becoming angry and taking it out on Cast Members.
Situations like this can be frustrating, but the Disney Cast Members do a great job at managing guest expectations and trying to help all guests.
There are large crowds in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland!

Long lines have also started to form at Guest Relations with guests asking for compensation.
