Mr. Knight Set to Appear at Avengers Campus
Mr. Knight is suiting up for his first appearances at Avengers Campus in Disneyland. Fresh off his live-action debut during the second episode of “Moon Knight,” Disney Parks’ Twitter tipped off the public of his pending arrival stating that it would be a “Mr. Knight to Remember.” His appearance followed a tweet on March 30th declaring the other costumed vigilante, “Moon Knight,” would be in the rafters of Avengers Campus.

Clad in an all white formal suit and knit moon mask, Mr. Knight is described by Marc Spector (Oscar Issac) as a “Psycho Colonel Sanders.” In a small departure from the source material, Mr. Knight is revealed to be the suited and super-powered Steven Grant while Moon Knight’s hood and cape is the same for Marc Spector. Both are capable of summoning the suit to help them fight Egyptian baddies and cultists in service of the moon god, Khonshu.
So far only grainy videos of Moon Knight lurking about have surfaced on the internet. Given the canon of the character, Moon Knight will only be visible at night. On the other hand, Mr. Knight may have more freedom to roam the campus and meet the public. In the comics, Mr. Knight is the public figure of Moon Knight and is usually tasked with detective work and being seen as the public face of the hero. With gift-shoppist Steven Grant behind the mask in the MCU, we can be sure to hear horrible attempts at British accents during meet and greets.
Mr. Knight’s Arrival True Disney Dream
Disney has been incredible at syncing up the Marvel character reveals with their living-breathing Disney Park avatars. It is now possible to wake up in the morning and watch an episode then head into a park and see a brand new character in person. It truly fulfills Walt Disney’s business plan, first outlined in 1957, to always have the screen come back to the park.
While Moon Knight and Mr. Knight can be seen in the park, “Moon Knight” continues its six episode run every Wednesday on Disney+.
