Disney Parks & Resorts and Disney Stores Receive Top Customer Service Honors from Newsweek
As we reported yesterday, Disney Cruise Line, for the second year in a row ranked as the number one company overall in customer service by Newsweek. They also received top customer service honors in the “Cruise Line Operator” category. Today, we are excited to share that Disney Parks & Resorts and Disney Stores also received these top customer service honors from the popular news source.
Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service poll surveyed over 20,000 customers and at the top of the “Amusement Park Experience” category was Disney Parks & Resorts. With continuing an incredible year of growth and exciting new offerings, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios helped Disney Parks & Resorts rise to the top of this category.
Joining Disney Cruise Line and Disney Parks & Resorts at the top of the Newsweek Customer Service poll is Disney Stores in the “Toy” category. Disney Store locations continue to provide the best of what Disney Parks has to offer in merchandise – as well as outstanding guest experiences across the nation.
