Will Solo Characters Appear in The Mandalorian?
Hey, I was there for the Boston premiere.

Sit back and enjoy!

It. Was. So. Much. Fun.
Solo: A Star Wars Story Deserved Better
Seriously, I think I saw it 10 times in the theater.
I really enjoyed the swashbuckling feel and the backstory for three of my favorites: Han, Chewie, and Lando.

Did I think it should have been pushed out in May? No. Did I think it deserved a better reception from pretty much everyone? Yes.
And, well, as a result, its box office performance curtailed Disney’s plans for movies about guys called “Boba Fett” and “Obi-Wan.”
Coming Soon to Disney+
You know how that worked out.
The Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi will hit Disney+ in the very near future (and you can add Andor and a bunch of others).
So, there’s no clear plan for a Solo 2, no matter how many peeps love the idea. However, that niche seems destined to be filled by another Disney+ show, Lando, and maybe The Mandalorian.
Yes, I buried the lede. However, how else do you get to a note about the return of young (?) Han Solo in The Mandalorian (?).
Solo Characters In…The Mandalorian?
Meanwhile, the folks who began the speculation — We Got This Covered — explain:
[T]he best bet for more of young Han is a return on Disney Plus, and one might be might on the horizon in The Mandalorian corner of the saga.
We Got This Covered has heard from our sources… that Lucasfilm has plans for young Solo and Emilia Clarke’s Qi’ra to turn up in The Mandalorian universe soon. It’s unclear if this will be in the Pedro Pascal vehicle itself or in one of its upcoming spinoffs, but the pair will definitely feature somewhere.
It’s worth pointing out that our intel didn’t specify that Alden Ehrenreich will be back as young Han… Clarke’s return, meanwhile, is more straightforward and we might finally get to find out what happened to Qi’ra’s partnership with Maul.
Will The Mandalorian Time Hop?
And, the timing is good, because just the other day, Pedro Pascal seemed to indicate that The Mandalorian might make a couple of time hops.
Will Solo characters show up in more Star Wars stories? Hey, your guess is as good as mine.
But it’s fun to dream.
