Housekeeping Debuts A Fresh New Look At Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Walt Disney World’s flagship resort has seen a multitude of changes in recent months.
From gorgeous, upgraded guest rooms to newly refurbished restaurants, things are changing at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!
Construction on the resort’s impressive lobby is behind us (at least for now), and 1900 Park Fare reopened to guests this month, bringing back its fan-favorite strawberry soup… and introducing some brand-new character experiences!
The reimagined character dining spot includes beloved Disney characters like Princess Tiana, who is seen here in her new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure look.
But Tiana isn’t the only one with a new fit at Disney’s Grand Floridian! This week, the resort’s incredible housekeeping staff got in on the action with a fresh new look of their own.
Let’s check it out!
Grand Floridian Housekeeping Gets a Grand New Look
Disney’s housekeeping staff (otherwise known as “mousekeeping”) are among the hardest-working Disney Cast Members in Walt Disney World.
These extraordinary Cast Members not only keep our Disney hotel rooms sparkling clean but they’ve also been known to add a little extra Disney magic to our days!
On a recent trip to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, our team noticed members of the resort’s housekeeping staff in a snazzy new look!
We were lucky enough to run into Damarys, who agreed to model the new look for us (thank you, Damarys!).
The new uniforms come in a serene (and supremely flattering!) shade of aqua that fits right in with the quiet elegance of the resort.
Long pants offer a smart, crisp look. Meanwhile, a heathered aqua jacket features convenient pockets, a zip front, and a mandarin collar.
Next time you visit Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, be sure to say hello to Damarys!
