The New and Reimagined Rooms Coming to The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are Simply Stunning
Earlier this year, it was announced that select rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa were being transitioned to Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Villas. Today, were are getting our first look at these stunning new rooms along with an announcement that all studios and villas at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will also be receiving this same new look.

The new DVC rooms that are being added at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be called “resort studios.” These rooms will offer Guests two queen-size beds along with a day bed so they can comfortably accommodate up to five Guests.
The current studios at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be enhanced with this new look. These studios can also sleep up to five Guests while offering a queen-size bed, another queen-size bed that tucks away into the wall, and a pull-down bunk-size bed.

If you are are larger party and looking for more room to spread out, a one or two-bedroom villa is the way to go! In addition to offering private bedrooms with king beds, once the enhancement is complete, the living areas will feature a new pull-down queen-size bed in addition to a pull-down bunk-size bed that is hidden under the media center when not in use.
But, that’s not all! All DVC Villas are like having a home at your home away from home and the refurbished villas coming to The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will offer full kitchens that include modern appliances and a farmhouse sink along with a washer and dryer.

These are perfect for family reunions and multi-generational families and offer two bedrooms with two queen-size beds each and a primary bedroom with a king-size bed.
The three-bedroom grand villas at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa also boast a dining area in addition to an oversized living room. But, what really make these villas magical are the Mickey and Minnie Mouse Victorian-themed silhouettes and other artwork featuring Mary Poppins and Dumbo.

As an added bonus, for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations, all Guests staying at any deluxe or deluxe villa resorts will be treated to extended evening after hours in the parks! On select nights, a different park will stay open up to two hours after the park closes just for these select Guests! All Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Guests are also treated to daily Early Theme Park Entry as well.
