Photos: New Details Added to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom
We are all eagerly awaiting the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure sometime this year, and everyday we are seeing more progress on the attraction.
Just a few days ago, we noticed more foliage appearing at the base of the tower. The new greenery blends in perfectly with the additional trees, flowers, and foliage around the attraction.
Today, our reporting team stopped by to check out the newest updates and noticed more details being added to the re-imagined ride. Let’s take a look at what is new and added to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
New Details
Our team noticed workers painting this past Wednesday.
They were painting some of the exterior with a fresh coat of terra-cotta colored paint.
It has only been a few days but it appears the painting is complete. Look at the difference!
The area is definitely brighter and more vibrant. Construction workers are still painting a few of the smaller areas near rocks and trees.
But it looks like the majority of outside painting has been completed.
Our team also noticed that more rocks have been added, and the larger ones have been painted a darker shade.
Here is a great close-up of the detail going into the attraction.
Our team noticed new greenery being added to the tower a few days back. Today, construction workers are adding more fresh blooms and foliage to the base of the tower.
This area is looking great with the new additions.
Here is another look – the transformation from Splash Mountain is amazing. It has been over a year since Splash Mountain closed and the project began.
And here are just a few more photos of the outside of the attraction.
