So Many Delicious Dining Updates Revealed for Downtown Disney District
We’ve got the most delicious news coming from Disneyland at the moment, as a whole menu of enticing new dining updates at the Downtown Disney District has just been revealed by Disney.
We’ve got construction updates, concept art, and even the announcement of a whole new location to munch through…so let’s grab a fork and get into it!

Parkside Market
For starters, we’re thrilled to see that the first concept art images have been shared for Parkside Market over in the west end.
Announced back in 2023, Parkside is being described as “a curated collection of four diverse culinary concepts from Levy restaurants all under one roof.”

This will include Korean fast-casual Seoul Sister, Caribbean-inspired drinks bar Sip & Sonder, classic fare GG’s Chicken Shop, and finally a second-story bar with a view.
Looking at the concept artwork for the bar, we can see a beautifully open-plan space, with modern architecture and a chic interior that would feel stylish from daytime through the evening. We can’t wait!

Paseo and Centrico

What we’re seeing here is concept art for the new Paseo and Centrico location, which will offer delectable Mexican cuisine and cocktails from a menu curated by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán.
Our reporters have been monitoring the construction progress over at this spot for a while now, so we’re so excited to get a sneak preview of these cool, charming concepts!

While Paseo and Centrico have been on our radar for a while, it is only now that Disney has announced a brand new on-the-go bar next door to the spot, too.
Named Tiendita, this bar will offer quick-service menu options, as well as Mexican street food staples. Sounds delicious!
Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage

Another pretty image we’re seeing today is this stage – a gorgeous new spot where guests can relax on the lawn and enjoy the beats of the Downtown Disney LIVE! series. It looks so stylish and welcoming — a great spot to enjoy a bite, for sure!
Earl of Sandwich

We’ll finish the news with something more familiar, yet still exciting!
It has been confirmed that an all-new, two-story Earl of Sandwich location will be coming to Downtown Disney in the future. Inside, the classic sandwich shop will be on the first floor, with a unique table-service gastropub upstairs!
In the meantime, sandwich-loving guests can expect a temporary Earl of Sandwich spot to pop up near Star Wars Trading Post, so hold out for that! Of course, the former location of Earls in Downtown Disney is currently transforming into Porto’s Bakery – yet another delicious offering soon to arrive in the district.
