Magic Carpets of Aladdin Ride Vehicles Covered in Tarp at in Magic Kingdom
In Walt Disney World, attractions, restaurants, and resorts are constantly being changed, upgraded, and refurbished. And as it turns out, even a magic carpet needs a little maintenance from time to time.
While refurbishment can sometimes result in a bit of an eyesore, it’s also how Disney keeps the parks and resorts feeling fresh, clean, and up-to-date.
Recently, our team noticed three ride vehicles covered in blue tarps at The Magic Carpets of Aladdin in Magic Kingdom.
Ride Maintenance
It’s unclear whether the vehicles are due for routine maintenance or just a cosmetic upgrade.
Either way, we’re sure Genie will work a little of that phenomenal cosmic power – and that The Magic Carpets of Aladdin will be running at full capacity in no time!
The colorful Aladdin-themed spinner ride is located in the Adventureland section of Magic Kingdom. You’ll find it near the iconic Tiki Room and fan-favorite snack spot Aloha Isle.
The ride was fully operational despite the out-of-commission ride vehicles. So if you’re in the mood for a relaxing ride and magical views of Adventureland, be sure to stop on by.
More Adventure in Adventureland
While you’re in Adventureland, make sure to check out the other magical offerings in the area.
Explore the classic Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse or sail the seven seas with Jack Sparrow on Pirates of the Caribbean.
But don’t forget to take in Adventureland’s festive seasonal offerings! These special seasonal additions are only available through the holiday season.
At Sunshine Tree Terrace, you’ll find the holiday-exclusive Cranberry Citrus Float with Orange-Vanilla Soft Serve Twist. Served with fruity boba pearls, this is one festive treat you don’t want to miss!
And don’t forget to hop on the Jingle Cruise to check out the attraction’s annual holiday overlay. You’ll enjoy seasonal décor, holiday spirit, and all the dad jokes you can handle.
