Photos: This Week’s Construction Updates at Walt Disney World

Hello MickeyBlog friends and Disney fans! If you are lucky enough to be visiting Walt Disney World right now you know that there are a lot of changes happening.

We have rounded up all of this week’s amazing updates…and there are so many amazing cool things happening to your favorite Disney attractions and hot spots.

We have photos of new scaffolding, building updates, refreshes, and more. Get ready! We have a lot of updates, and we are going to move fast!

EPCOT

Wow! A lot of construction is happening at EPCOT right now.

The progress continues in World Celebration near CommuniCore Hall and Plaza areas.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

 

Sometimes these theme park updates are big and obvious- other times they are small and subtle, like this small update.

 

 

Our team noticed these new posts installed at the construction happening in Muppet Courtyard.

Magic Kingdom

 

Heading over to Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom, it appears that some refurb is happening at the PeopleMover.

 

White construction walls are erected blocking guest view.

 

There are also black tarps covering small outside portions of the attraction. We will keep you updated on these changes.

 

 

And, of course, lots of changes at Splash!  Every day more of the attraction is forming.

Just this morning our team noticed concrete being poured.

 

We are excited at how quickly construction is happening!
