DATE Revealed For San Fransokyo Square Opening in Disneyland
In case you haven’t heard, something very special is coming soon to Disney California Adventure.

The former Pacific Wharf neighborhood has been getting transformed into San Fransokyo Square, based on the fictional setting of San Fransokyo in Big Hero 6. We’ve watched some of its construction and now we have an official opening date!

San Fransokyo Square will open on August 31st, 2023!

The reimagined neighborhood will have special menu items at Lucky Fortune Cookery, the Port of San Fransokyo Cervaceria, Cocina Cucamonga, and Ghiradelli Soda Fountain.

Guests will be able to check out the following shopping and dining experiences:
- Hamada Bot Shop
- San Fransokyo Maker’s Market
- Vending Machine
- Aunt Cass Cafe
- Rita’s Turbine Blenders
- Cappuccino Cart

The area will also feature new sand colorful street art and banners in honor of Big Hero 6.
