4 Tips
#1 Get in the Virtual Queue for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Disneyland’s newest ride will open with a virtual queue and NO standby line, meaning even if you rope drop the park you can’t get in line without a virtual queue pass.

The virtual queue will be available for entry at 7AM and again at 1PM in the Disneyland app. You can read more about all the details here!
If you miss out on the virtual queue, you will also have the option to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane while they last. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway opens on January 27th.
#2 Claim a Spot for the Magic Happens Parade
Returning on February 24th, this parade was short-lived due to the pandemic. Featuring characters from more recent films like Coco, Moana, and Frozen 2, the whimsical cavalcade celebrates legendary Disney stories!

People start saving spots for Disneyland parades early, so try and claim your place at least one hour before it begins.

Optimal viewing locations include Main Street, U.S.A. and the Central Hub. That being said, viewing areas near “it’s a small world” or Pixie Hollow are less crowded.
#3 Stay Late for 2 NEW Disney100 Nighttime Spectaculars
Wondrous Journeys debuts on January 27th at Disneyland Park. Baymax will star in the show, flying through the sky near Sleeping Beauty Castle!
