Join Us For Breakfast at Tusker House With Characters
It’s a banner day at Tusker House in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Buffet dining is back and with the characters having already returns, breakfast is back to normal.
Our MickeyBlogger Jessica was on the scene this morning bringing us a look at all of the goodies now available for morning diners!
It was a nice quiet morning at the park.
We were seen to our table with little-to-no wait!
Already at our table was this cute Tusker House postcard.
On the flipside is a look at all of the characters you’ll get to meet. These are handed out now in lieu of asking the individual characters for autographs!
Our breakfast started with a glass of Jungle Juice which is a delectable combination of passion fruit, guava and orange juice!
Shortly after a nice bread arrangement arrived.
There were both sweet and savory treats!
Included in the bread selection were Safari Bread, Multigrain Croissants and Cornbread served with Whipped Butter, Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread, and Strawberry Preserves.
Now let’s take a closer look at the buffet.
You’ll find many of your favorite breakfast goodies including Mickey Waffles, scrambled eggs and more.
There’s a selection of meats including sausage patties, Andouille Sausage and ham. .
We’ve always loved the eclectic array of dishes available at Tusker House.
Those looking for something on the lighter side are sure to love the salads including Black Eyed Pea Salad, Watermelon Feta Salad and Carrot and Chickpea Salad.
Fruit salad on oatmeal is also on offer.
Next to the oatmeal you’ll find hard-boiled eggs.
In addition to the beloved Mickey waffles there were also Simba waffles.
Other classic breakfast treats included bacon, tomatoes and salmon.
Additional bread options were also available at the buffet including pastries and mini muffins.
As you can see, things weren’t too busy during our visit this morning.
Here’s a look at some of the unusual and savory breakfast treats including Tandoori Spiced Roasted Tomatoes and Green Beans.
The buffet was jam-packed and well stocked this morning.
Another buffet features breakfast potatoes and other vegetarian treats.
At the center is a dish called Shakshuka and on the right Vegetable Frittata.
Jasmine Rice and Chicken Curry were also on offer.
We are stocked up and ready to go to our table to meet the characters.
Above is a look at our plate brimming with Disney goodies!
First up is Mickey Mouse, who is also dressed up in his safari gear!
