Delicious Eats and Drinks at Three Bridges Bar and Grille!
Nestled in the heart of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is an excellent dining experience! A relaxing vibe, Spanish-American ambience, and tasty cuisine. This is one of my new favorite places to relax and dine when visiting Disney property.

Perfect Ambiance
Three Bridges Bar & Grille is located on a tiny island in the middle of the pristine and scenic 14-acre lake, Lago Dorado. It is accessible by three wooden walkways, or bridges, that quietly lead to the restaurant.
I went at night and the ambience was perfect. Soft acoustic music played in the background, lights are twinkling everywhere, and the service is friendly and personable!
The Drinks!
Three Bridges Bar & Grille boasts an excellent cocktail, beer, and wine menu. If you like sangria, you have to check out their sangria flight!
The flight includes there most popular housemaid sangrias, including sparkling, rosé, red and white!
We also tried their Mango Seasonal Mojito featuring the lush flavors of mango with Dos Maderas 5+5 PX Rum, Lime, Mint, and Soda Water. It was refreshing and light!
The Eats!
Wow! The menu at Three Bridges is excellent. They offer a fantastic assortment of Spanish- American cuisine with appetizers, flavorful main entrées, shareable bites, desserts and more.
We started with the Roasted Corn Dip after overhearing a neighboring table comment on how delicious it was. The creamy dip did not disappoint. Savor the flavors of Smoked Tomato-“Aïoli”, “Parmesan”, Tajin, with crispy Tortilla Chips.
We also tried the Pan con Tomate and it was excellent! The Toasted Bread was crispy and flavorful with the the creamy spread of Crushed Tomato, Garlic and Olive Oil.
And you can’t go wrong with house-made guacamole and colorful tortilla chips!
And the Smoked Feta Greek Salad with Grilled Shrimp was light and tasty; it was a perfect option for a summer evening!
The Sweets!
I love ending a savory dinner with something light and sweet and Three Bridges did not disappoint. Check out these delicious churros in sweet Espelette Sugar and a side of rich Chocolate Sauce.
Sweet tip: ask for a side of dulce de Leche for an extra sweet treat!
