Port Orleans Bookings Skyrocket With Reopening on the Horizon
In the past 24 hours, almost 500 rooms have been booked at Disney’s Port Orleans resorts. How do I know this, you ask?
Well, not only am I a MickeyBlogger, bringing you travel tips and planning advice, I’m also a dedicated MickeyTravels Disney Vacation Planner.
Since Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter became available for booking I have been quoting vacation packages for them left and right. It’s crazy how popular these two resorts are, and people are thrilled by their reopening.
Maybe it’s the beignets. Maybe it’s the ferry to Disney Springs. Or, maybe it’s the amazing ambiance and theming. No matter what it is, it’s drawing Disney travelers in.
If you’ve ever wondered about staying at one of the Port Orleans Resorts, you should take a closer look with me. Here are some of the vacation packages I’ve quoted for travelers this week.
Port Orleans Resort Packages
Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside resort. A family of four, with two adults and two children under 10 years old. Staying in a Preferred Room so that they can be close to shopping, dining, and transportation. Travel from October 24-30, 2021 because they want to see Disney in all its Halloween glory.
They added a 4-day base park ticket to allow for one “resort day” for the kids to swim and take a ferry ride to Disney Springs for some shopping. They also added the Memory Maker photo package so that they don’t miss any special photos, and Travel Protection to put their minds at ease. This family will travel for $4528.
Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside resort. A family of three, with two adults, and one teenager. Christmas is the daughter’s favorite season, so they will be traveling November 14-20, 2021 to take in all the holiday MAGIC.
They plan to stay in a Standard View room with two Queen Beds and are adding a 7-day Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper option. This quote came out just under $4147.
