BREAKING: Disneyland Paris Resort Closing Amidst Coronavirus Concerns
And yet another closure for The Walt Disney Company. In addition to Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disney Cruise Line, the Disneyland Paris Resort closing will take place amidst concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The Walt Disney Company issued the following statement:
“In an abundance of caution and in the best interest of our guests and employees, we are proceeding with the closure of our theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Paris Resort, beginning at the close of business on Sunday, March 15, through the end of the month.”

While we await further details on what this means for guests The Walt Disney Company did announce that they would continue to pay their cast members during this time.
“The hotels at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris will remain open until further notice. The retail and dining complexes, Disney Springs at Walt Disney World and Disney Village at Disneyland Paris, will remain open.”
