As Of Going to Print Tomorrow’s Disney Dream Sailing Will Stay The Course
All eyes right now are on Hurricane Dorian as the storm slowly weaves a path toward the Florida Coastline. Here at MickeyBlog we’ll be watching developments closely and will keep you up-to-date on any impact the Hurricane may have on Disney Cruise Line sailings as well as Walt Disney World theme park operations.
For a start, we’ve recently been informed by Disney Cruise Line that the Disney Dream 3-night Bahamian Sailing out of Port Canaveral will depart as scheduled tomorrow (August 30th.)
Check out the official letter below.
.
As you can see from the information above, Disney has made the decision to depart as normal and will keep a safe distance from the storm. The Disney Dream will keep to its original itinerary but may need to modify its course on Monday when it is due to return to Port Canaveral. Those not wishing to sail on Friday are encouraged to contact Disney Cruise Line directly at 866.325.3905 by tomorrow (Friday, August 30) at noon with the option of rebooking for a sailing at a later date.
Guests should note that as in years past rescheduling of your Disney Cruise Line sailing is subject to availability and additional fees if it is a more expensive sailing.
Readers should keep following along with us for further updates!
