Showers and Thunderstorms Are Coming to Central Florida This Week
When it rains in Central Florida, it really RAINS. And plenty of vacationers are going to experience heavy showers and thunderstorms this week.
Central Florida is expecting waves of rain showers and storms in the coming days. Though the rain is expected daily (typical for summer weather), the good news is that it won’t rain continuously.

Looking ahead, daily showers and thunderstorm chances are pretty high for this week across Central Florida.
The much-needed rain is on the way and hopefully, will help reduce and lessen the drought conditions Florida is presently experiencing.

The rain is expected to hit today through Thursday, but periods of dry weather for several hours in between are possible. Temperatures range from low 70s to low 90s this week.
When it does rain, guests can expect heavy downpours, scattered showers, and storms. Rain chances will decrease throughout the week, and we can expect overcast conditions and the typical afternoon rain showers.
Visiting Disney World
If you are lucky enough to be visiting Walt Disney World this week, don’t let the rain dampen your fun. With a little planning, you can still have a great time.
