Check out the NEW Construction Updates at EPCOT
EPCOT has been undergoing a major transformation, and MickeyBlog has been bringing you updates of all the changes.
EPCOT CommuniCore Hall
From new signage and light testing at CommuniCore Hall to new concrete and construction in the new flex space, there is a lot of change happening at this Disney theme park.
We stopped by EPCOT earlier today and noticed quite a few changes taking place. Let’s take a closer look.
EPCOT Updates
It is a beautiful Disney day, and we spotted some exciting changes from our view on the monorail!
EPCOT
We spotted changes immediately towards the front of the park. New trees and greenery have been added to the area near Journey of Water and close to Spaceship Earth!
May 2024 Update
It looks like they are filling out this section and providing more shade and coverage near the Moana attraction.

Just past this area, we took a closer look at the stage.
EPCOT
Just last week, we spotted colorful banners and decor celebrating Encanto.

Today, more Encanto decor has started popping up.

You can see the bright hanging decor and now an LED screen is erected and a few poles have been painted.

We are definitely getting closer to the grand opening this summer.
New Stage
These new updates are looking great!
Dreamers Point
We then made our way to one of our new favorite spots, Dreamers Point, where a new wall has been added.

Located in World Celebration, this picturesque spot will be home for live entertainment in the future.

You can see there are also new openings and spaces possibly for speakers or lights.
