PHOTOS: New DVC Tower Updates at Disney’s Polynesian Resort
It’s been a minute since we stopped by this Disney Vacation Club location and provided an update, and we have great news! Construction work continues, and progress is moving along on the DVC Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village and Resort.

This section of Disney property has been steadily transforming, and it is looking great. We stopped by earlier today to check on the progress and are bringing you up-to-date photos and details on what’s new.
New Disney Vacation Club Towers
If you follow along with MickeyBlog, you know the towers have been updated with Isand inspired rooftops, fresh exterior paint, and the beginnings of a gazebo over the last few weeks.

Our last update also showed new pavement, more exterior painting, and workers were starting to add the foundation for the new porte-cochere.

The new Disney Vacation Club Towers are expected to open “sometime in late 2024.” Check out the final look below.

The Polynesian Village Resort currently has DVC rooms, but these are limited to studios and over-the-water bungalows.
Direct sales are not yet open for the new Tower, but it will be part of the pre-existing Polynesian Villas & Bungalows condominium association. Stay tuned!
