In case you missed it, over 90 new buses will be joining the Disney bus fleet throughout 2024. Last week, we reported on two charming new additions, including an adorable Zootopia-themed bus and a Ratatouille-themed bus.

Now, as we anticipate the arrival of more and more new buses, Disney has given fans a glimpse into the process of how Disney buses receive those magical bus wraps.

Watch This Magical Bus Wrap Transformation!
Before it took its place in the world’s most magical fleet of buses, Disney’s new Ratatouille-themed bus was just….a regular old bus!
We can see the plain white bus pull into a large garage to undergo its transformation.

Inside, the transformation involves a team of Disney Cast Members who cover the bus with a larger-than-life bus wrap.
The wrap features many of our favorite characters from Ratatouille, including Remy, Emil, and Gusteau. Paris’s iconic Eiffel Tower appears in the background.
