Floral Minnie Mouse is in Full Bloom at Disneyland
Colorful and cute! Minnie Mouse is in full bloom at Disneyland this March, and ready to celebrate Women’s History Month.
In honor of the celebration, Disneyland is getting in on the fun by honoring one of Disney’s most iconic leading ladies at the park entrance, and she looks great.
This beloved Disney theme parks always looks amazing. Throughout the year, the colorful decor is themed to various seasons and holidays and typically features Mickey Mouse.
March is getting a fun twist with Minnie Mouse welcoming guests as they enter the park.
Minnie Mouse Greets Guests
The Floral Minnie is on display just inside the main entrance, in front of the Main Street, U.S.A. Disneyland Railroad station.
The main entrance transformation is achieved through Disney Horticulture Cast Members who work-overnight to create the glamorous mouse complete with her iconic bow and eyelashes.
The traditional floral design includes over 1,750 individual plants and colorful blooms to create this look.
Minnie Mouse’s bow alone consists of about 750 individual plants, known as Nemesia.
How sweet are the red and green swirls and designs on the side? These are created with over 1,900 individual plants, including pansies, violas and petunias.
This is not the first time Floral Minnie has made appearance at the Main Entrance of the park. She was so popular after her debut in 2022, Disneyland brings her back each year.
What a fun and creative way to honor Women’s History Month. If you are lucky enough to be heading to Disneyland resort this month, be sure to stop by and admire the beautiful work and grab a great photo.
