New Orange Bird Ears Bring Sunshine to EPCOT’s 2024 Flower & Garden Festival
The sweetest season of springtime is finally upon us!
How do we know this? Well, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, the 2024 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival began today…and Orange Bird has come out to play!
That’s right, our MickeyBloggers are over at EPCOT today for the very first day of the Flower & Garden Festival event. All day we’ll be reporting on tasty treats, beautiful blooms, exciting experiences, and more — and we’re so glad to have you join along with us!
However, with every EPCOT festival, it’s the merchandise that draws the biggest crowds. Apparel, accessories, homewares, garden décor, and more…and crowds are rushing to get their hands on the must-have items this year!

One of the most beautiful items we’ve seen so far at the 2024 festival is, of course, going to be the Minnie Ears. A fan-favorite staple at any Disney event, a good pair of mouse ears is always going to make us smile – so we wanted to showcase our favorite festival pair right here!

Orange Bird Minnie Ears by Loungefly
These adorable ears have been released as part of a collaboration between Disney Parks and Loungefly and are exclusive to this year’s Flower & Garden event.
They’re fun, they’re sweet, they’re stylish… and we couldn’t be more obsessed!
The leathery “ears” on this headband are a soft teal in color, and feature the sweetest design depicting Orange Bird and a range of mini festival icons.
We can see Florida oranges, Spaceship Earth, gardening equipment, and more — the perfect symbols for such a springtime festival!
However, popping brightly against the teal is the fun textured bow, placed in the center of the ears in true Minnie Mouse style.
This bow is the brightest, most citrus-sweet shade of orange, and we simply can’t take our eyes off it!
Tucked in the center of the bow is a sweet enamel pin depicting Orange Bird popping up from out of a plant pot. He’s chirping happily, while the pot features the 2024 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival logo, as if to remind the wearer of their exciting adventures during the event.
So cute!
With the fun, fresh shades of blue and orange, along with the shine of a metallic Loungefly tag on the band, these ears are sure to stand out as favorites during this year’s festival.
