Kathryn Hahn Calls ‘Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’ “Fabulous” and Promises Some Surprises
Outside of the previously released Echo, the only Marvel Studios live-action series to hit Disney+ this year will be the WandaVision spin-off Agatha: Darkhold Diaries.
While the plot of the upcoming series has been largely kept under wraps, the series will follow the adventures of Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness following the events of WandaVision. After the runaway success of the latter’s “Agatha All Along” theme song, the upcoming series will also continue to lean into music.

Katheryn Hahn Says ‘Darkhold Diaries’ is “Fabulous”
On the red carpet of the 2024 SAG Awards, Hahn was asked about Darkhold Diaries. In true Marvel fashion, the actress remained tight-lipped, although she did offer that the series will be “fabulous.”
“I wish I could tell you anything. And I can tell you that it’s pretty fan– fabulous, I’m going to say that,” Hahn said. “I was going to say fantastic but then I decided to go with fabulous.”

The change in adjectives from fantastic to fabulous may have been a slight nod to Marvel’s upcoming The Fantastic Four. Interestingly, in the comics, Harkness is employed as the governess of Franklin Richards, son of Reed Richards and Sue Storm.
Darkhold Diaries Will Surprise People
For Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, Hahn will be joined by a star-studded cast that includes Aubrey Plaza, Patti LuPone, Joe Locke, and Isabelle Fuhrman. Talking about the upcoming series, Hahn lauded her castmates and promised some surprises.

“It’s an amazing cast. I’m in awe of everyone’s work in this show and I think people are going to be surprised,” Hahn said. “I don’t — I think they’re gonna think it’s one way and, of course, it’s gonna go a million different avenues kinda like ‘WandaVision.'”
