Updates at Walt Disney World’s Upcoming Blue Ribbon Corn Dog Stand
There’s corn dogs a-cooking here at Walt Disney World!
Over at Disney’s BoardWalk, the transformation of a humble snack kiosk has been underway for a few months now, ready to house an all-new Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs location right here at the resort.
Your MickeyBlog reporters have been keeping a close eye on the construction progress, and we’re excited to share even more grilling updates with you today! Let’s go…
Paint, Wiring, and Sparks…
Back in January, the most notable update to the stand was it’s snazzy summer paint job, where we saw a cute shade of pastel yellow brighten up place nicely.
Now, we’re excited to share that some more paint has also been added to that façade, finally adding the “blue” to the Blue Ribbon stand!
The small building looks adorable here at the BoardWalk, and we’re excited to see the finished effect once signage is installed in the near future.
There’s a big space right there on the roof ready for a tasty title, and we hope to spot that update arrive very soon!
However, this new color work wasn’t the only updates we’ve seen this weekend!
Also noted by our reporters is that lighting and electrical work seems to be underway here, perhaps in readiness to get those corn dog cookers ready and blazing.
It’s hard to see much past the green of these temporary shrub installations, however we can clearly spot wiring poking out of various holes in the walls!
To conclude, we’re happy to see work is pushing along smoothly here at the BoardWalk, and we’re eager to taste those awesome Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs here on Walt Disney World property very soon.
While we count down the days until opening, be sure to stay tuned to MickeyBlog for all the latest updates on construction, as well as even more delicious dining news from the parks and beyond!
