NEW Details Have Started Appearing at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom
It feels like every time we look over at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure recently, more and more intricate details are starting to emerge on the attraction.
It’s almost as if the place isn’t a construction site, and more of an exciting, ongoing, spot-the-difference!
Earlier in the month, our eagle-eyed MickeyBlog reporters spotted the sweetest new thematic elements begin to appear in the ride itself.
This photo was taken last week, on January 16th…
Looking closely between all that scaffolding, we spied the cutest little decorations — a series of colored bottles hanging around the opening of the flume ride.
On today’s visit to the Magic Kingdom, our reporters noticed that some of the bars had been removed, giving us an even clearer peek at this beautiful, Mardi Gras-inspired style.
Check it out…
Isn’t this sweet? A festive and homely array of assorted glass bottles, in a range of colors and shapes which seem to really pop against the lush green foliage that is already covering the mountain.
We can see these hanging at the opening to the flume’s main plunge — the first glimpse of decoration inside the highly-anticipated attraction overlay.
It has been a busy month for Tiana updates here in the Magic Kingdom so far, with other visible progress including new textures and features added to the ride’s queue area, as well as a reopened pathway alongside the attraction this week.
Earlier on, Disney treated us to more details about the attraction, as well as a sneak peek of some ride merchandise! They sure are keeping us on our toes!
As always, be sure to stay tuned to MickeyBlog as we keep a close eye on construction updates and more over here at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, as well as further afield in the Disney Parks.
We can’t wait to see what comes next – so we’ll certainly be watching carefully!
