Brand New Designs Just Released for Storyliving by Disney Community!
Disney Parks Blog recently shared a sneak peek and first look at a few of the brand-new home designs coming soon to the first Storyliving by Disney community.
Cotino, a Storyliving Community located in Rancho Mirage, California will feature single-family homes anticipated to start from the upper $1 millions. The new designs were recently released as part of the community’s pre-sales launch.

This first-ever Disney community is currently under construction and features the unique combination of Walt Disney Imagineering and industry experts, including DMB Development.
The incredible homes and the backdrop of the picturesque San Jacinto mountains will create the ultimate luxurious Disney community.
Highlighting the Best of the Coachella Valley

Walt and Lillian Disney loved the history, natural backdrop, and spirit of the Coachella Valley. Cotino seeks to reflect those same aspects of the area.

It seems fitting that Cotino, the first Storyliving by Disney community, would have a similar setting as the one that Walt loved so much. Walt enjoyed the Palm Springs area as a creative, rejuvenating retreat and our hope is that it will inspire future homeowners and guests just like it did him.

These first homes will be built by award-winning builder Shea Homes- and the floorplans are only available in the Cotino community.
The homes fall within four distinct design collections – Cotino Coachella Collection, Cotino Agrarian Collection, Cotino Oasis Collection and Cotino Aspiron Collection.

The new homes boast spacious kitchens, large dining rooms, seamless floor plans, outdoor courtyards, wrap-around patios, covered terraces and more.
The unique designs represent the rich history and landscape of the Palm Springs area with a touch of whimsy by Walt Disney Imagineering.
Get a Sneak Peek of the Artisan Club
In addition to beautiful homes, the new Cotino community will offer a voluntary Artisan Club. Check out the amazing video above!
The fantastic amenities will include subtle Disney touches and its renowned world-class service.
Members can take advantage of the club’s restaurant, pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and waterfront bar and activity area. There is also a dedicated swim area and a one-of-a-kind Parr House designed to look like the Parr family home in “Incredibles 2.
