Photos: What Was Filming at Magic Kingdom Yesterday?
It was lights, cameras, action at Magic Kingdom yesterday, and MickeyBlog caught some of the excitement!
Our MickeyBlog team visits the Disney theme parks everyday, and it is not surprising to catch a filming or taping during a special event or holiday.
But yesterday, our reporters came across not one, but two filmings happening? So, what was filming at Magic Kingdom?
Behind the Scenes Photos
Your guess is as good as ours! We have seen filmings for the Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary, new vacation commercials, and exciting holiday events.
Main Street and Cinderella Castle are often used as backdrops for special filmings.
Today, we spotted camera crews just outside Prince Charming Regal Carousel and Dumbo attractions.
Special areas were roped off and guarded by cast members to assist with guest questions and help with any traffic.
There were plenty of guests and onlookers checking out the scene to get a glimpse of what was happening.
Our team captured some great photos of special camera equipment and workers on the set.
It is a beautiful sunny day and definitely a great place to be filming.
Fantasyland was definitely the backdrop for both of these photo shoots. Here you can see more camera equipment and cast members.
And this filming was happening right outside Dumbo the Flying Elephant.
Great photos and lots of fun!
