How to Get Into Disney’s Jazz Club During Jollywood Nights
A brand new holiday event is coming to Disney World this year — Jollywood Nights over at Hollywood Studios! This is a separately ticketed after hours event happening on select nights in the park.
There will be all kinds of festivities, from special shows to exclusive food! Many spaces will even be transformed to fit the retro holiday theme of the event.
And, we just found out more about one of those spots!
Jazzy Holidays at The Holiday Brown Derby
The Hollywood Brown Derby will become the Holiday Brown Derby during Jollywood Nights and become home to Jazzy Holidays. This will be a jazz joint where Disney says you can listen to holiday music, sip on some craft cocktails, and enjoy an exclusive menu of small plates.
It sounds like this will be a lounge situation similar to something like Nomad Lounge over in Animal Kingdom. Lounges like that can get pretty popular, and we’re sure this one will be no exception.
Disney has already said that capacity will be limited for Jazzy Holidays. They are recommending that you request to join the walk-up waitlist if you want to get inside.
If you’re unfamiliar with how these wait lists work, we’re here to help! All you have to do is use your My Disney Experience app on your phone.
You can check availability for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby on the app or by scanning the QR code located in the restaurant’s lobby. You do not need to go to the host stand of the restaurant.
If there is availability, you can use the app to add your party to the walk-up list. When you do this, you can also confirm your party details, like special dietary requests.
Then, once your table is ready, you will get a notification through the app and be told to go to a specific location at the restaurant to be seated.
If you’re wondering what’s on the menu, we’ve got that covered for you as well! Take a look:
- Oyster Rockefeller: Spinach foam, shaved parmesan, rocoto pepper relish, and salmon caviar
- Crispy Duck Drumettes: Spicy orange glaze, carrots, and kumquats
- Charcuterie: House-made cured meats and accompaniments, blue cheese mousse, and toasted sourdough
- Shrimp Cocktail: Classic cocktail sauce, citrus pearls, avocado mousse
- Derby Slider: Bison and pork belly blend, taleggio cheese sauce, and fig stout jam
- Tuna Carpaccio: Mezcal pickled vegetables, salsa macha, and avocado crema
- Pork Belly Bao: Korean BBQ, cucumber slaw, and soy vinaigrette
- Tofu Bao: Seared tofu, cucumber slaw, and soy vinaigrette
There will also be “an assortment of classic cocktails, zero-proof and non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer” according to Disney. So it looks like we’ll have to wait and see the official menu to know the drink details!
Stay tuned for more news and updates about the holiday season at Disney World!
