Here’s What Happened

According to Parker, Tisdale was irate over the situation and lashed out at Gonzalez. He also alleges that the accident caused Gonzalez severe neck and back injuries. She is reportedly now facing $140,000 in medical expenses.
Parkers says that after his client’s $600,000 demand was not met by Tisdale, her team filed the lawsuit.
