WandaVision Star Says “Just Stop” Asking About MCU Future
One of the worst kept secrets in Marvel history is that the MCU is setting up for a Young Avengers franchise.
In recent years every Marvel film or show seems to be introducing a young version of an established Marvel hero. Whether it be Kate Bishop in Hawkeye, Love in Thor: Love and Thunder, or Skaar in She-Hulk, Marvel is clearly laying the foundation for the next generation of Marvel heroes.
While certain characters seem like shoe-ins for a Young Avengers team (Ms. Marvel), questions surrounded other possible members.
What About The Maximoff Twins?
One such hero who could return would be Jullian Hilliard’s Billy Maximoff.
The young son of Wanda and Vision first appeared in 2021’s WandaVision, before reprising his role as variant version of the character in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Because Maximoff was initially a creation of Wanda’s magic, it is unclear whether or not the character can, or will return to the main timeline of the MCU.

Julian Hilliard Responds
Amidst continued speculation that Hilliard could return to the MCU, the young actor took to Twitter to restate that he is not interested in talking about Marvel while Hollywood remains on strike.
In a now deleted post, Hilliard said:
“I’m seeing my picture all over the place about this. I’m on strike plus, I adore writers too much, just stop #solidarity #SAGAFTRAstrike #StrongerTogether #SAGAFTRAstrong”
While Hillard’s post doesn’t preclude the young actor from returning to the MCU after Hollywood’s labor unrest ends, it doesn’t sound like we hear anything from Julian Hilliard on the subject anyone time soon.
