REVIEW: Holiday Starbucks Beverages, Snacks Fit for the Season
Pumpkin Spice, be gone. It’s officially the holiday season at Walt Disney World Starbucks locations. Thankfully, the trio of beverages that released this morning includes a couple of iced or blended options for these warm days too.
During our visit today to The Trolley Car Cafe, the Starbucks location inside Hollywood Studios, we decided to try two of the new drinks as well as a perennial favorite snack.
The Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte packed a powerful espresso punch, muting the more subtle sugar cookie notes. Still on the more sugary side, the drink’s almond milk base comes through as one of two dominating flavors: almond and coffee.
The sprinkles on top do provide a whimsical nod to the buttery sugar cookies that delight so many during the holiday season. Our grande cost $6.29 today in the parks.

Tart and Nutty Flavors Balance Starbucks Treats
Despite temperatures in Lake Buena Vista approaching 90 degrees today, we couldn’t resist trying the Caramel Brûlée Latte this afternoon as well. Called “Christmas in a cup” by our MickeyBlogger, this drink bursts with December holiday flavors.
A super fluffy whipped cream embellishes the already sweet aspects of this latte, and the broken caramel bits on top add just the right touch of delicious crunch.
The drink centers on carmel flavor that finds balance in an equally bold nutty taste. The espresso also neutralizes the sweetness of this delightful beverage. Our Grande cost $5.99 today at Hollywood Studios.
A holiday favorite, no stop to Starbucks during the season would be complete without a piece of Cranberry Bliss Bar. As always, the treat showed of its moist cake balanced with sweet and tart extras.
With elements that remind us of a traditional blondie, this bar really takes the typical vanilla-based blonde brownie to a new level thanks to its add-ins.
The inside of the cake offers a chewy base for ample amounts of tart cranberries and tasty white chocolate chips.
The white chocolate cream cheese frosting adds such decadance to the bar and finds balance with an abundant helping of dried cranberries speckled on top.
