Several EPCOT Flower & Garden Topiaries Have Been REMOVED
One of our favorite parts of the 2023 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is all the incredibly detailed topiaries featuring all kinds of our favorite characters. Since the festival just ended, however, it’s time to start saying goodbye.
As Disney gets ready for the Food & Wine Festival to kick off on July 27th, we’ve been seeing new food booths pop up around EPCOT and now, sadly, topiaries are being removed. Let’s take a look below!
Goodbye, Topiaries!
One of the most epic topiary displays was this set of Encanto characters right at the entrance of EPCOT. From left to right, you can see Luisa, Mirabel, Antonio, and Isabela.
Now the entrance to EPCOT has gone back to normal.
Over by Journey into Imagination with Figment, a succulent Figment was sat right outside his ride.
Goodbye, Figment!
Woody, Bo Peep, and her sheep from Toy Story were ready for pictures over here during the festival.
But there will no longer be any Toy Story photo ops over here for now!
And speaking of Toy Story, Buzz Lightyear could be seen waving at guests from just outside Mission: SPACE.
But it seems that our favorite Space Ranger has now left his post.
🎶 It’s the circle of life 🎶 with this topiary featuring Mufasa, Rafiki, Simba, and Sarabi.
Sadly, however, the circle of festival life has ended with the removal of their topiaries.
Donald and Daisy could be seen gardening outside Connections Cafe & Eatery.
But they’re gone now!
Just outside the Land Pavilion was a Butterfly Garden and a large succulent butterfly topiary…
…but they’re both gone now.
The Annual Passholder Lounge set up in the Land Pavilion has also been removed with the ending of V.I.PASSHOLDER Days in EPCOT.
Here’s what it looked like before…
…and here’s what it looks like now.
Heading over to the World Showcase, we see that the area where Captain Hook, Peter Pan, and the crocodile were…
…are now gone.
Tinker Bell looked like this…
…but here’s what that same area looks like now.
Lady and the Tramp were located over here in the Italy Pavilion…
…but they’re gone now.
Bambi and Thumper could be found over here…
…but they have now been removed.
In the United Kingdom Pavilion, Mickey and elephant topiaries could be found near the maze area.
They’re gone now, however.
Over in the France Pavilion, you could find Lumiere, Cogsworth…
…Belle, and the Beast.
Now, the greenery seems to have returned to normal…
…in both areas.
We loved the new Princess Tiana topiary and kind of hoped she was there to stay…
…but she’s officially gone.
There was a dragon topiary in the Japan Pavilion…
…but it’s gone too.
Kermit and Miss Piggy were some of our favorites among the topiaries…
…but sadly, they’ve been officially removed.
And over here, where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs were once hanging out…
…they have now been removed.
The Three Caballeros also appeared in topiary form!
But you’ll have to stick with the Gran Fiesta Tour if you want to see them soon.
