My Disney Experience App Experiencing Technical Issues in Disney World
If you’ve been to Disney World in recent years, you’ve probably found yourself using the My Disney Experience app quite a bit.
Within the My Disney Experience app you can link your tickets/Annual Passes, Mobile Order food, schedule Genie+ Lightning Lanes, check into your hotel, and lots more. It’s kind of important in Disney World now, to say the least. But today, you may have some issues with the app.
My Disney Experience Issues
Upon opening the My Disney Experience app late this afternoon, we received the dreaded “Pardon The Inconvenience” message. It read as follows:
“Some of our digital experiences may be unavailable at this time. We’re actively working to resolve this issue and provide the best possible Guest experience.”
Some of the issues we spotted included the “schedule unavailable” message under each Disney Park, where you can normally find park hours listed.
We also heard that other technical issues may be occurring park-wide, so your mileage may vary around Disney World today.
