NEWS: When Disneyland’s Pixar Hotel Will Be Completed
Walt Disney said that Disneyland will never be completed, “It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.”
This has definitely remained true, since there are new projects happening regularly! We just saw Toontown get a makeover, Splash Mountain is currently being transformed into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and we’ve even gotten Avengers Campus in the past few years.
Another thing that’s changing is the Disneyland hotels. And, we’ve got an update on a hotel that’s currently undergoing a big transformation!
Pixar Place Hotel
It was announced back at D23 Expo last September that Disneyland’s Paradise Pier Hotel would be transformed into Pixar Place Hotel. This makes sense since Pixar Pier now exists inside Disney California Adventure park (which the hotel overlooks!).
The hotel has been under construction for months, but we just found out some exciting news!
Pixar Place Hotel is supposed to be finished by this winter, according to a tweet from Scott Gustin! He said that Disneyland President Ken Potrock said the news Wednesday.

We’ve seen some concept art for the hotel, which is shown in the tweet above. But, we also got a look at what the pool area is going to look like back when the original news was announced.
We’ll let you know any other news we find out about the renovations including when we get an official opening date. Stay tuned for more Disneyland news and updates!
