BREAKING: Paradise Pier Hotel Becomes Pixar Place Hotel
Breaking News!! Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro announced at D23 today that Paradise Pier Hotel will become Pixar Place Hotel!
The D23 Expo revealed concept art for the future of the Pixar Place Hotel pool area as well!

Disneyland’s Paradise Pier Hotel has already started to undergo changes this summer.
In fact, our MickeyBlogger Greg saw the lettering on the building come down this weekend.
Back in April, Disney announced that Paradise Pier Hotel would be undergoing renovations in the coming months.
In May, Cast Members were invited to a theme announcement party where we learned that Pixar will become the new theme of Paradise Pier Hotel.
Buzz and Woody were on hand for the celebration.
A Pixar theme makes a lot of sense considering the Premium View rooms at Paradise Pier Hotel overlook Disney California Adventure Park’s Pixar Pier.
And coming soon, D23 also announced that Pacific Wharf will be reimagined to San Fransokyo based on the Walt Disney’s Animation Studio film “Big Hero 6!”

In fact, we have already started to see part of the transformation this summer with the entry way getting a make over with Pixar themed balloons!
