Where to Find Exclusive Star Wars Merchandise in Disney World
It’s May the 4th, AKA Star Wars Day, and Disney is celebrating! There are all kinds of festivities from special food, new merchandise, and even some fun photo ops.
We’ve seen some cool merchandise already, but there is actually a merchandise event happening today in Hollywood Studios for the celebration. It’s a little bit complicated though, so we’re here to help you out and break it down!
May the 4th Merchandise
The merchandise event is happening at Stage 1 Company Store in Hollywood Studios and the only way you can participate is by using the virtual queue in your My Disney Experience app. Our MickeyBloggers Jared and Ed went to the park this morning to try it out!
Also, note that this is the MAIN virtual queue for exclusive May the 4th merchandise, there is also a second virtual queue at Dok-Ondar’s for lightsabers that you can get into by visiting in person.
You could request to join the virtual queue at 7AM today, and you can only enter it once per person. You can find the virtual queue for the event where the other virtual queues are located on your app, it’s just under the Hollywood Studios tab instead of the other parks.

You do not have to be inside the park to join the virtual queue, but you do need to have a valid park ticket and a Park Pass reservation for Hollywood Studios. Jared and Ed were able to join the virtual queue this morning without being inside the park.
Once you join the virtual queue, you will be given a group number and an estimated wait time. We were called back to go into the store around 10:45AM after joining the queue at 7AM.

The good thing about the virtual queue is that you can join it and then go about your day in the park. Then, when you go to get into the actual store, you scan a QR code to see what merchandise is available inside.

Once inside, we were able to see all of the May the 4th merchandise available! It was pretty busy inside, so be prepared for some crowds while you look at the merch.

First up, we have the May the 4th 2023 Cantina T-shirt for $34.99.
Next, is the May the 4th 2023 Zip Hoodie for $54.99.
The back has the drinks from Oga’s Cantina on it, and the front has Greedo on it with the May the 4th logo.
We also spotted the May the 4th youth graphic T-shirt for $26.99…
…and this May the 4th canvas!
There is also a May the 4th 2023 Baseball Cap for $29.99.
This one also features Greedo!
And, you can get a May the 4th 2023 Tumbler with Straw for $27.99.
There are a bunch of familiar faces on this tumbler.
Check out this limited edition May the 4th 2023 Jumbo Pin for $54.99.
Finally, we saw the limited edition Cal Kestis Lightsaber Hilt for $400.
It’s on display at the counter, and also over where the actual lightsabers are.
