How to Use the Virtual Queue for May the 4th in Disney World
Happy May the 4th, everyone! Today is Star Wars Day, and Disney is (of course) celebrating!

There are special treats available, new merchandise to buy, and more in Disney World today for the festivities. And, we’re here checking everything out!
There is a special merchandise event happening for May the 4th today, and a virtual queue is being used. So, let’s talk about how to use it!
May the 4th Virtual Queue
On the My Disney Experience app, you’ll see that you can join a virtual queue for the May the 4th Merchandise Event under the Hollywood Studios section. This is next to the other virtual queues in the app, like the ones for TRON and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

The event is taking place at the Stage 1 Company Store in the park and you can request to join the virtual queue at 7AM. You do need to have a theme park ticket and Disney Park Pass reservation for Hollywood Studios in order to join.
You also do NOT have to be in the park at 7AM to join. Each guest can also only request to enter the virtual queue one time today.

Remember, this is a busy event, so you might not be able to get into the virtual queue due to high demand! Do note that there won’t be a regular standby line for this event, you have to use the virtual queue.
