Disney Cruise Line Reveals Summer 2024 Itineraies Including First Cruises to Lighthouse Point
Earlier this month, we learned that Disney Cruise Line would be making its first stops at the all-new, private island oasis, Lighthouse Point. Today, we know what ship will be calling on Lighthouse Point during all of its itineraries as well as the full slate of itineraries Disney Cruise Line will be offering for Summer 2024.
With the exception of two sailings on Disney Fantasy from Port Canaveral, Florida, the Disney Magic will regularly call on Lighthouse Point as a port of call. The Disney Magic will sail from Fort Lauderdale during Summer 2024.

Let’s take a closer look at the Disney Cruise Line Summer 2024 lineup which includes sailings from May to September 2024.
The Disney Dream Summer 2024
The Disney Dream will once again sail the high seas around Europe for the Summer 2024 cruising season. She will depart on a Transatlantic voyage across the Atlantic from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on May 5, 2024, to kick off the European and Meditterean summer fun!
While in Europe, the Disney Dream will sail from three different home ports including Barcelona, Civitavecchia, and Southampton. Itineraries offered include various locations around Europe and the British Isles, Greek Isles, Iceland, the Meditterean, and Norwegian Fjords.
The Dream will offer 3-, 4-, 5-, 7-, 9-, 11-, and 12-night itineraries while in Europe for Summer 2024 and will end the season on September 8, 2024.

The Disney Dream will call upon new ports of call for the 2024 season including Valencia, Spain; Haugesund, Norway; and Hamburg, Germany, along with three Mediterranean destinations that will return for the first time since 2014: Catania, Italy; Kusadasi, Turkey; and Valletta, Malta.
The Disney Fantasy
For Summer 2024, the Disney Fantasy will continue sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida, and mostly offer 7-night Eastern and Western itineraries. In addition to the 7-night itineraries, there will also be a 5-night Bahamian cruise, a 6-night Western Caribbean sailing, and a 10-night Southern Caribbean option.

If you are looking to be among the first to visit Lighthouse Point, you are going to want to book the 7-night itinerary aboard the Fantasy that departs Port Canaveral on June 8! Not only does this cruise include one stop at Lighthouse Point, it includes two stops AND a stop at Disney’s Castaway Cay! Triple the fun in the sun!
The amazing 10-night Southern Caribbean cruise will also include a stop at Lighthouse Point and stops at Antigua, St. Lucia, Dominica, Tortola and Castaway Cay.

All other itineraries on the Disney Fantasy will continue to call on Castaway Cay in Summer 2024.
The Disney Magic Sails to Lighthouse Point in Summer 2024
As mentioned, the Disney Magic will be the first Disney Cruise Line ship to offer stops at the all-new Lighthouse Point in the Bahamas starting in Summer 2024!

The Magic will kick off the season by offering a one-way cruise from San Juan to Fort Lauderdale, Florida on May 4, 2024. From there, the Magic will call Fort Lauderdale home for the rest of the Summer.
The Disney Magic will also be the first ship to call on Lighthouse Point! A special 3-night sailing will depart Fort Lauderdale on June 6 and will offer Guests to be the first to experience select portions of Disney’s newest private island.
The Magic will offer 3-, 4-, and 5-night itineraries to the Bahamas as well as a 5-night itinerary to the Western Caribbean. These itineraries will feature stops at either Lighthouse Point or Castaway Cay with a whopping five of these itineraries offering stops at both!

The Disney Wish
Disney’s newest cruise ship, the Disney Wish will continue offering 3- and 4-night Bahamian voyages from Port Canaveral, Florida during the Summer of 2024. All itineraries include stops at Disney’s Castaway Cay and Nassau, The Bahamas.

Summer 2024 Aboard The Disney Wonder
Looking for an adventure to the “Last Frontier?” Then, you will be thrilled to know that Disney Cruise Line and the Disney Wonder will be returning to Alaska for the Summer 2024 cruising season!
The Wonder will depart from San Diego, California on May 13, 2024, on a repositioning cruise to Vancouver, Canada. From there, she will offer mainly 7-night Alaskan voyages. The exception is that a 5-night and 9-night Alaskan itinerary will also be offered in July 2024.

When Can I Book?
Bookings for Disney Cruise Line’s Summer 2024 itineraries will open according to your Castaway Club Membership Level as follows:
- Monday, March 27, 2023: Platinum Castaway Club Members and Gold Oak Members
- Tuesday, March 28, 2023: Gold Castaway Club Members
- Wednesday, March 29, 2023: Silver Castaway Club Members
- Thursday, March 30, 2023: Those who have not sailed with Disney Cruise Line in the past
