Mickey Blog has been keeping you updated as Walt Disney World continues its holiday transformation. Fans will be excited to learn that it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Although the tree still hasn’t arrived yet, Disney is welcoming Guests with new decorations at the Park’s entrance! Christmas music is playing and main store buildings now don festive overlays.
Let’s take a look at the beautiful additions. Although the weather outside is frightful, the ambiance is still delightful!
It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas
Starting with the front entrance, you can see that lovely, earth-toned garland adorns the top of Disney’s Animal Kingdom sign.
Flanking the iconic elephant sculpture, it’s getting us in the mood for the holiday season! If you take a look below, you’ll notice garland draping down some of the walls as well.
Festive greenery has also been added to the dinosaur area. Guests are pouring in despite the weather!
Look how stunning the entrance looks from further back!
Beautiful wreaths with gold ornaments match the garland. This display looks magical with the light peeking through the middle.
I spy what looks like a couple of hidden Mickeys; can you see them? The wreath has such a lush look, with earthy embellishments that perfectly compliment Animal Kingdom’s theme.
Notice the natural-looking ribbons traveling through the rich greenery. Riverside Depot is coming to life with gorgeous, shimmery garland hanging in a scalloped design.
Check out the beautiful swag draped across the clock tower and light poles. Gold and silver embellishments are complimented with magical twinkle lights.
Island Mercantile is adorned with a funky, silver theme. Several unique ornaments cover the greenery lining the front of the building.
