Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been a popular topic of discussion in the Disney community lately. Marvel enthusiasts were given the inside scoop on the film’s details this year at Comic Con in San Diego and D23 Expo 2022 in Anaheim.

The plot for the new movie follows the characters Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, and Okoye as they battle to protect their nation. The Dora Milaje, an elite group of female warriors, works alongside them to fend off intervening world powers after King T’Challa’s death.

Die-hard fans of Marvel’s Black Panther franchise can purchase tickets to see the movie on November 10, a day before its release to the general public. Tickets went on sale October 3, with almost a dozen preview slots selling out in Central Florida.

Many advance showings have already reached full capacity at popular theaters such as AMC Disney Springs. Other locations, such as the EPIC chain, Regal at The Loop, and Cinemark at Universal’s CityWalk, still have tickets available.

Box Office Expectations
Disney has high expectations for its new sequel. The Orlando Sentinel reports that the company anticipates Black Panther: Wakanda Forever to be one of its biggest box office hits of the year.
Comic book fans are especially excited to see the character Namor, king of a hidden undersea nation, featured for the first time in a Marvel movie. Tenoch Huerta makes his debut in the film as the new character.
