Disney Parks Super Heroes Panel Planned For New York Comic Con
D23 may be Disney’s ultimate fan event, but let’s not forget about Comic Con! Disney has a Parks and Experiences Super Heroes Panel planned For New York Comic Con this Friday.

In July, San Diego hosted their own event, giving fans the inside scoop on upcoming projects. Comic Con will premiere on the east coast from October 6 to October 9 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Disney Parks Blog shares that New York Comic Con (NYCC) is the East Coast’s largest pop culture convention. Walt Disney Imagineering has some exciting plans up its sleeve for the epic event.
Suiting Up with Super Heroes at Disney Parks and Experiences Panel
A panel entitled Suiting Up with Super Heroes at Disney Parks and Experiences will take place from 10:30 to 11:30 in Room 408. During the presentation, Disney will share how it has incorporated Super Hero themes into global experiences.

Subject matter will include the Avengers Campus at Disneyland Resort and Disneyland Paris. The panel will also focus on Marvel-inspired offerings at Walt Disney World Resort and onboard the Disney Cruise Line.
Those who attend will be thrilled to learn about Disney’s immersive storytelling experiences. They will also be treated to a sneak peek of what the future holds regarding Super Hero themes at Disney Parks.

Wonders of Xandar Outpost
In addition to the Super Heroes Panel, Disney encourages NYCC Guests to visit the Wonders of Xandar outpost. Walt Disney World Resort recently opened its new Wonders of Xandar Pavilion, a Guardians of the Galaxy-themed section at EPCOT.
Disney invites Guests to “Come meet Xandarian Ambassadors, learn more about our galaxy and bring a Terran artifact of your own to trade for a cosmic collectible!”
