A Look at Saratoga Springs Resort After Hurricane Ian
It’s the day after Hurricane Ian, and were checking in with the resorts at Walt Disney World to see what impact the storm has had on the Most Magical Place on Earth. We’ve got a MickeyBlogger at Disney’s Saratoga Spring Resort and here are some initial images.
If you’ve seen our article on Coronado Springs Resort, you’ll notice that Saratoga definitely has more debris in comparison.
Tree branches and fallen leaves lined the walkways.
Some minor flooding could also be seen along various pathways.
Fallen limbs and downed trees could also be seen from the upper levels of the property.
For those staying at Saratoga Springs, we have been told that Artists Palette has reopened for those looking for quick service dining options.
Those inside the resort say that cast members are surveying the grounds at Saratoga Springs and are marking any trees that may pose a risk to guests after the storm.
Similar to what we saw at Coronado Springs, the Cast Members at Saratoga Springs will also be offering special indoor activities for families staying onsite.
We can also report that the onsite Arcade is open.
As a special treat for kids, all arcade games are FREE.
We want to extend a huge thank you to Emily Hill for providing us with this first look.
Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog.
We’ll be coming to you throughout the day with further news and updates.
