No Disney World Park Reservations for Friday 9/30/2022
For those following along with MickeyBlog, as we bring you all the latest for Walt Disney World during Hurricane Ian, you know that Walt Disney World has shut down for today (9/28/2022) and tomorrow (9/29/2022).
Continued No Park Reservations
As of right now, Walt Disney World is showing No Park Reservations available for Friday (9/30) either.
Guests that have park reservations already made are still seeing them in their MyDisneyExperience Accounts.
As well as Walt Disney World park hours are showing normal opening and closing times.
However, no new park reservations can be made for Friday (9/30).
Why No Park Reservations?
With Disney, Safety is always their number one concern for Guests and Cast Members.
The question at this point is, are park reservations grayed out because there is the possibility of Walt Disney World remaining closed on Friday or is it because park reservations are actually full with all the people that remain or have evacuated to Walt Disney World?
The track for Hurricane Ian is looking to come right over Central Florida and Walt Disney World.
Since the eye has just come on land in Southwest Florida as a Category 4 Hurricane it is likely to continue to cause wide spread power outages across Florida as well as much property damage with the intense amount of rain and high winds.

Hurricane Ian is expected to bring at least 10 inches of rain to the Central Florida area. Some areas will see 20+ inches of rain.

It is unlikely that Walt Disney World will make a final decision on the theme parks and Disney Springs reopening on Friday until some time tomorrow.
Park Reservations Available
As for Saturday, October 1 and onward, Walt Disney World does show park reservations available. At this moment they are sure that by Saturday all will be back to normal.
Just in time to celebrate EPCOT’s 40th Anniversary.
